SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Samarkand Nights text messaging program ("Program"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

The short version: We text you reservation confirmations, reminders, review requests, and occasional updates or offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (718) 650-7600.

1. Program description

When you give us your mobile number — for example, when you make a reservation, ask us to text you a review link, or otherwise opt in — you may receive recurring automated text messages from Samarkand Nights, including:

Reservation confirmations and reminders
Requests for feedback or a Google review after your visit
Order or customer-service updates
Occasional promotions and special-offer announcements

2. Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive automated marketing and informational text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may still reserve a table or dine with us without opting in to texts.

3. Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, per reservation or per visit). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Samarkand Nights does not charge for the messages themselves.

4. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by texting STOP to (718) 650-7600. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt back in. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, or CANCEL.

5. How to get help (HELP)

6. Carriers

Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted at book.samarkandnights.com/sms. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
